SERVPRO of Fayetteville is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Abatement professional to join our team. As a Lead Abatement Supervisor, you will play a critical role in our efforts to restore properties impacted by lead-based paint hazards. Your expertise in lead abatement and your commitment to safety will contribute to our mission of helping communities recover from disasters.

Key Responsibilities

Perform lead-based paint inspections and assessments.
Develop and implement lead abatement plans in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Safely and effectively remove lead-based paint and lead-contaminated materials.
Monitor and control lead hazards during abatement processes.
Conduct post-abatement clearance testing to ensure lead hazard elimination.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to lead abatement projects.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers.

Position Qualifications

High school diploma/GED
Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead abatement or a related field.
Certification as a Lead Abatement Supervisor or Worker, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local lead abatement regulations.
Strong commitment to safety and the ability to use personal protective equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times (i.e., driving, sitting, climbing)
Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
Exposure to noise levels at jobsites that can be loud
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
