- Provide the planning, budgeting, goals, objectives, and development of the Marketing, Production, Construction, and Office Teams
- Lead a team of managers as they respond to and manage restoration and construction projects
- Ensure clear two-way communication with owner, managers, team members, property owners, and clients
- Ensure customer and client satisfaction
- Oversee all project estimating, job costing, and quality control for job sites and files
- Ensure job processes and procedures are followed, including safety training and guidelines
- Oversee and assist with human resources and training functions, including recruiting, hiring, training, and development of managers and staff, as necessary
- Ability to manage and monitor multiple operational divisions (managers and staff)
- Effective written and oral communication
- Intermediate math skills
- 5+ years of management experience, restoration industry experience a plus
- Excellent leadership skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Knowledgeable at job costing, and quality control
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
