Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide the planning, budgeting, goals, objectives, and development of the Marketing, Production, Construction, and Office Teams
  • Lead a team of managers as they respond to and manage restoration and construction projects 
  • Ensure clear two-way communication with owner, managers, team members, property owners, and clients
  • Ensure customer and client satisfaction
  • Oversee all project estimating, job costing, and quality control for job sites and files
  • Ensure job processes and procedures are followed, including safety training and guidelines
  • Oversee and assist with human resources and training functions, including recruiting, hiring, training, and development of managers and staff, as necessary
  • Ability to manage and monitor multiple operational divisions (managers and staff)
Position Requirements
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Intermediate math skills
  • 5+ years of management experience, restoration industry experience a plus
  • Excellent leadership skills 
  • Proficient computer skills 
  • Knowledgeable at job costing, and quality control 
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law




Pay Rate
Competitive salary based on experience.
